Hi—It’s just me (for now)
During a period of transition in my own life, I began using AI as a thinking partner. Through very intentional prompting, I was able to organize my skills, refine my language, clarify my value, and see patterns I couldn’t see on my own.
I am currently engaged in formal studies of AI prompt engineering, along with hands-on experimentation and practical application. My goal is to assist others in this learning process while actively applying my knowledge in real-world scenarios as I explore the impact of AI on the job market.
I’ve always experienced moments of transition, the in-between spaces where things aren’t clear yet, but something is shifting. Over the years, my work has taken many forms. My background includes sales, management, leadership roles, working with children, volunteering to support animals, and directing a sustainability-focused non-profit organization through hands-on community roles. What connects it all isn’t a specific job title or situation, but a way of thinking that’s curious, experiential, and grounded in real life.
My work today sits at the intersection of reflection, real-life experience, and emerging AI tools. I’m especially interested in how AI use can be incorporated as a thinking practice, a way to ask better questions, reflect, clarify ideas, explore opportunities, and, I even dare to say, get to know ourselves better.
My interaction with AI changed how I perceive my skills and what’s possible for me, and for anyone who chooses to leverage these incredible tools, especially during moments when clarity feels hard to find.
I shared here that process. Not as an expert. Not as a coach. But as someone actively exploring how thoughtful questions, reflection, and clear language can lead to better decisions, clarity, and momentum.
Join me in this exploration. The worst that can happen is that you decide to take a different journey, and whatever you choose, I trust it’s what’s meant for you.
